We offer classes specifically designed for beginners, helping to learn the basic techniques, sequences, and asanas from various styles of yoga. You can start your introduction to classical practice with Hatha Yoga, and we also recommend checking out Yoga Therapy and Yin Yoga classes.

  1. ” Which classes are held in the morning or evening? “

We run classes throughout the day. Morning sessions with a teacher usually start from 8:30 AM and evening classes go up to 21:30 PM. See our full schedule for details.

  1. ” In which language are the classes conducted? “

Classes are taught in Georgian, English and Russian. Classes in other languages like German or French will be labeled accordingly.

  1. ” Which classes are suitable for people with injuries? “

Gentle, restorative, or therapeutic sessions are ideal, for example Therapy Yoga or Healthy Back. Please inform in the comments your instructor/teacher before class so modifications can be made.

  1. ” What are the prices for classes? “

  1. ” What should I bring with me to the studio? “

Please bring comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and your own yoga mat if you prefer. There is a shop in the studio with tea, coffee and snacks. Mats and props for your practice are also available on-site!

  1. ” Can I pay by card? “

Yes, we accept card / bank payments both online and at the studio.

  1. ” How do I sign up for my first class? “

You can sign up through our online booking system or contact us via email or phone — we’ll gladly help you get started.

  1. ” What should I do if I need to cancel my booking? “

You can cancel through “cancellation link” in the E-mail which you received as confirmation of your booking. Please cancel at least minimum 3 hours in advance to avoid charges.
